MAGA Preacher Predicts ‘Manifestations of Demons’ if Donald Trump Wins

MAGA pastor and online personality Lance Wallnau said that if former President Donald Trump wins the presidential election, there will be “instantaneous manifestations of demons” across the country.
Speaking on his YouTube channel show on October 16, Wallnau addressed the idea of riots if the Republican candidate loses, and that he believed unrest would come instead if Vice President Kamala Harris loses.
“Republicans, conservatives are not funding riots,” he said. “In spite of the January 6 insurrection fiction that was sold to you, Republicans and conservatives aren’t really the riot crowd, the left is. If Trump wins, boom, there will be instantaneous manifestations of demons all over the country.”
The notion of demons appeared to refer to potential protests or riots from Democratic supporters unhappy with a Trump victory.
It came after Wallnau, a prominent figure in the pro-Trump evangelical movement, said it was “goofy” for leaders to tell him the situation would be worse if he lost.
He claimed that the left had funded a “summer of riots,” referencing the Black Lives Matter movement in the wake of George Floyd’s death by Minneapolis police in 2020, and inferred that a similar situation could follow a Trump victory.
Wallnau’s monologue referred to January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol as “fiction,” backing other MAGA claims that the riot was not as severe as it was. Trump recently called it a “day of love.”
As one of the earliest advocates of the idea that Trump was “God’s chosen,” Wallnau first gained national attention in 2016 when he compared Trump to Cyrus, a biblical figure who was chosen by God to free the Jewish people from captivity.
Wallnau’s influence has grown since then, with his messages blending politics and religion into a unified call for action among his followers.
He is a leader of the “Seven Mountain Mandate,” which says Christians are called to dominate seven key areas of society: government, family, religion, arts and entertainment, media, education and business.
His influence may have grown, but evangelical Christian support for Trump has slipped slightly this election cycle, with some switching their allegiance to Harris. The way Trump has spoken about issues such as immigration have made some evangelical voters uncomfortable.
Wallnau’s claims that Democrats would cause problems across the country came despite calls from Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, to accept the outcome of the election, shake hands with opponents and move forward.
Trump has spoken about the “enemy within” and suggested using the military to go after his political enemies.
